What products and services do we offer?

We focus on global sales of children's toys and baby products, providing customers with a variety of flexible procurement solutions. We can offer a variety of product combinations for procurement and container loading, as well as brand customization services.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Regarding the shipping method, we usually use sea freight to send full container loads, and also provide container railway transportation and cross-border car transportation. For samples, we can use express air freight to deliver, and there are multiple transportation methods available for global customers to choose from.

What is the ordering process for the entire order?

The ordering process is as follows: select the product style and model you want → confirm the production details of the product → sign the contract and pay the purchase price → start production as required → deliver the goods for transportation → the customer signs for the goods.

How Do I Track My Order?

After the completion of the goods, a sea freight space will be reserved, and the freight forwarder will provide the bill of lading number. After the goods start to be transported, the corresponding shipping company website will be used to check the transportation time and arrival time of the goods based on the bill of lading number.

We have a spot transit warehouse of over 8000 square meters, which can provide customers with warehousing and combined shipping.

Can you customize your own packaging and brand?

Answer: Yes, we provide customized services for global customers, including customized product logos, product colors, packaging design, manuals, chargers, etc. We provide products that meet the requirements of our customers’ target markets.

What is the delivery time for the goods?

Answer: Regarding the delivery time of goods, it depends on the style and quantity of the order. Usually, our delivery time is 7-20 days. If there are more special requirements, the delivery time may need to be extended. We may be able to complete the delivery earlier while ensuring product quality.

Product MOQ? How many types of products can be loaded in a container?

Answer: We do not have any requirements for the quantity of regular goods in the order. You can choose any quantity of multiple models. The MOQ for customized products is usually 300-500PCS, as it involves customization of multiple positions of the product. There is no limit on the number of product types loaded in the container.
